Probably, your file is locked by another application which still using that file. Somehow, an application forget to unlock the file, so you can’t delete the file. The solution is using unlocker, download here.
How to use Unlocker? First, just right click your file, just as figure below
Click the Unlocker menu, and you will see a dialog like this
Click the “Unlock All” button, and your file is now free. You can delete, rename, move, anything !
